Restore files from another computer's backup
I have ATI 2016 installed on 2 Windows 10 laptops, an HP and a Sony. The HP died today; it turns on but won't even boot into Bios. I backed up last night (to an external HDD) -3rd incremental after a full backup. But when I connect the backup HDD to the Sony and start up ATI, it doesn't see those backups, only the ones done from the Sony (to a different HDD). How can I restore files from the backup of the HP?
Thank you

Have you tried just navigating to the backup .tib files in Windows filed explorer and double clicking on them? It should open them in Explorer so you can navigate and then you can copy and paste files and/or folders directly out of the backup onto your other system

Thanks Bobbo,
I didn't know I could do that, and I am able to access my files that way.

Thomas - thanks for the suggestion. I realized that I had not created new rescue media when I upgraded from ATI 2014 to 2016, so this prompted me to do that!
