Simple backup task cancelled, i keep recieving notifications

Thread needs solution

When i installed and configured Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 for servers last night, i accidentally didnt put in the schedule on the job creation, so it started running immediatly, i then cancelled this run and fixed the schedule.

For the last 12 hours i recieve email notifications that this task was cancelled. I have cleared the logs, and run a full backup with success but still recieve that notification.

I cannot find anywhere to clear this message. Please help

Probably this was the glitch of the scheduler. Let's try the following in order to resolve the issue: 

  1. Download Task Manager, run it and issue the following command:
    task zap
    This will delete all existing tasks
  2. Download Scheduler Update and run it - it will automatically update components responsible for tasks creation and execution.
  3. Reboot the machine
  4. Recreate the tasks

This should resolve the issue faced.
