Acronis True Image Echo Server - Error opening storage server device

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I try to schedule the Acronis backup tasks completely automatically.

Unfortunately, for some reasons which I can't figure out the backup tasks sometimes fails.

It should do incremental backups on weekdays and full backup every two weeks on weekend.

These tasks run on divers servers.

The first full backup finished successfully. The imcremental backups on weekdays succeeded too, but after two weeks the second full backup failed on some servers.

The settings are all the same so this is why I wonder.

Of course it does not work because of the mixed slash-backslash-pipe path

bsp://nas.frenco.de/\backupserver\BackupServer||\|

the path doen't make sense

but why does acronis do that?

the path, which is generated by clicking on "Personal Backup Location" should be bsp://nas.frenco.de/BackupServer
