"need interaction" is displayed without specifying what is required as stated in Help.
Hello folks,
This is my first (trial) use of Acronis backup and I am wondering why after 6 mins of of an estimated 13 mins backup, I see the progress chart disappear and see "need interaction" displayed but get no indication of what is required (though Help says what is required will be displayed!). My guess is a second DVD, but when I inserted a second DVD, Acronis wanted to restart the (simple) backup.
Can anyone help me out, please? I guess I must be doing something wrong but cannot figure it out!

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it is hard to say for sure what exactly went wrong. But before we proceed with investigation I would like to offer you a workaround:
Enable Silent Mode. You can find more information about it in the User's Guide, p. 110, Error handling section.
Should the issue persist, please gather the following information:
- Exact sequence of steps performed
- Acronis Info
After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
