When attempting to connect to the Storage Nodes, you have the following drawbacks and do not know how to fix them, please your urgent help to solve the problems:

Hello Andrés, 

Usually, this error means that the appropriate service is not started for whatever reason.

Can you check that the Acronis Storage Node service on your storage server is started? Run the service if it is stopped, wait for 2-3 minutes, make sure it is still running (refresh the services console) after this time and try to connect one more time.

If the service stops during this time, please check the Windows Event Log for a StorageServer.exe process crash. If the service is crashing, please contact our support team so our developers can investigate this conflict.

You could connect remotely or webex or teamviewer to my team to help me solve the problem ? I can not find the solution.

Service if this started. I stopped the service and have started again and has not presented any problem starting the service but still leaving the error in the Storage Nodes.
Income through boot as follows : bsp://172.25.0.31/Respaldos Secundarios/
I requested credentials, credentials income Acronis Server has Administrator privileges in Active Directory and hence the error occurs. Your help please.
