AMS shows wrong OS

Hi

Our AMS on build 11.7.44421 show's all Win 10 machines as Win 8. Even when we update the Windows and Core Agent on those clients from 11.5 to 11.7, remove them from the AMS and renter them, they always show an OS Windows 8 instead of Windows 10.

Anyone else recognized this?

Hi Marco!

Thank you for bringing our attention to this issue. Both systems are similar, so Windows 10 is often automatically detected as Windows 8.

I have reproduced the issue and I have contacted the developers to bring their attentions to it.
