NIC Driver problem (I think) - can't save image to a share or ftp
Hello,
I have downloaded the trial version of Acronis True Image 2010 from the site in order to test it. I have a Windos 2003 server connected to my network, where I'd like to save my images on. It is necessary for us to image many PC's a day, so we decided this would be the fastest way. The program works fine for a few of our laptops... However we also have two HP Z-200 workstation computers that we can't image or make images from.
Whenever I type in the path, which is //ghostserver/Images, nothing happens, no login screen comes up, and neither can Acronis find any other PC on the network when running the bootable Acronis on CD. I have also installed an FTP server on the W2k3 machine but no success. I have read some and the cause is problably the NIC driver for the workstation that isn't included in the current version of Acronis, which I regret.
What can I do, is there an easy way to add the right driver somewhere or something? I'm willing to purchase the full version as the trial works fine for the rest of our computers.
Thanks in advance
