servers down?

Thread needs solution

I was just on with support ref a login in problem after an unistall/reinstall of true image 2016.  I keep getting sign on errors and am not able to do a thing.  Tech support says the servers are down.  Anyone else experiencing this issue?

and.... of course, had I kept reading further down the forum......  I see where this issue has been reported.  Thought it was just me!  thanks to all who do great work here. 

Yup, still seems to be ongoing.  I was told it shoudl be resolved in 24 hours, but still looks like cloud login from the app (not the browser) are still impacted and cloud backups are not running (at least for me).  It's definitely on the Acronis side, so we're just having to wait it out at the moment. Please contact support though to continue to report it and see if they have any newer update on the status you can report back.

looks to be up and running now, going to play around with it to make sure.  At least I was finally able to sign in!

Working for me today now too.  All my cloud backups have returned, already ran before I woke up this morning and no login issues or warnings that cloud service has expired anymore.  As far as I can tell, al is working as it should be again.
