product is registered to?

Thread needs solution

I am using True Image 2015(3licenses) on 3 machines. Machine 3 says "too many activations".  This may be due to reloading machine 2 with a different computer name.  I would like to MOVE the license from machine 2s old, non-existant name to machine 3.  Problem is that I don't know the e-mail address that the 3 licenses are registered to.  I thought I did and entered the serial number.  It said that it would send the password to my e-mail but I never got anything.  OH BOY.

Is there a way to find out who the registered owner's email address is so that I can get things straight?  Thanks

Sorry, where I said "I thought I did and entered the serial number."  I meant, I thought that the 2015 True Image product was registered to me, and I went ahead and entered the product serial number, thinking that the password "reset" would be sent to my e-mail.

You'll need to contact tech support directly and hopefully they can help you out.  It's not likely they'll give yout any email addresses if you were not the one who registered the licenses in the first place though as keys often turn up on other sites for public use.  However, if If you can show that you purchased the keys somehow a previous email, credit card receipt, it already shows up as a registered item in your downloads section of your account...something, I'm sure tech support will be able to help out.

Thank you Bobbo,

I hunted and found the lost email address that allowed me to reset my password.  My bad.

I was then able to find out which 3 machine names were activated and move the license from the old replaced system.

 Everything is okay now.

Glad to hear it!
