No idea but the best way to clone is to start with the TI rescue CD. Boot it up and do the clone. It cares nothing about Windows privileges.

Hello Tim,

Thank you for using Acronis Products

To resolve the issue please do the following:

Please find the following Registry key (Start -> Run -> type regedit -> OK): HKEY_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

Make right-click in the value field of the registry key and select New -> Multi-String Value. Create BootExecute (TYPE: REG_MULTI_SZ).

Registry key: HKEY_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

Value: BootExecute (TYPE: REG_MULTI_SZ)

After that please reboot the computer and see if the issue remains.

If issue persists use Acronis bootable disc to clone the drive.
