Unable invoke this member. Parent is not interface.

Hi,

We are currently having an issue with Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server version 1.0 (build 163).

All of our backups are failed with the following error message:

Error(Code) 917,512 (0x5E0008)

Backup task failed: Reason: Unable invoke this member. Parent is not interface.

I have looked at the article (http://kb.acronis.com/content/1715) and I do not have a "Server" subkey at Windows 64 bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Acronis\Encryption\Server, in my registry.

Would really appreciate some help.
