Program does not respond

Thread needs solution

I upgraded from a earlier version of True Image that was working just fine now the 2016 version will not back up on the scheduled time and date. Will not do the "Back up now" command.  Any Ideas?

Best guess is that the upgrade did not fully complete.  I would download the full installer from your account.  Once downloaded, right click and "run as administrator".  If given the option to "repair" give it a shot.

If that doesn't work, the next step would be a clean uninstall and reinsall.  If you do need to go this route, download the cleantool and "run as admin" (download is below in this post).  Then reboot.  After reboot, run the full installer as mentioned above.  You'll need to create a new backup task and should use a unique name and not use the same location as the original backup files (just use an indiviudal folder for each backup - it's cleaner and helps with database ingetgrity).  Your old backup files would still be good and can be imported into the Windows Gui, or restored using the offline recovery media.
