RAID 0 drive unaccessible on restore

Thread needs solution

Using current downldable ISO boot disc to restore image but RAID 0 drive is greyed out (not selectable)....other (3 rd non RAID) drive does not appear....this is odd bcuz it used to work flawlessly....restored several times with no problems.....all three drives shown as basic drives.....W7 64 bit, TI 2010, v7046.....anyone have any suggestions....

Unfortunately due to the lack of diagnostic information it's hard to say what exactly went wrong, but before we proceed with investigation, I would like to offer you a workaround.

Please download the updated bootable media from your account and burn onto the CD. Boot your machine from it and try to perform a recovery.

This should resolve the issue faced.
