Failed to install agent under management console

Hi,there

We have Acronis Backup Advanced version as 11.7 with build 11.7.44421 installed under management server.Now i'm gonna add one remote machine into AMS but fail to do that.

Symptom is while trying to input remote machine name or IP address and login credentials then error message shows as below:

Here i suppose it's related to port issue between AMS and agent machine.After check technical book and test port 9876,445 under server&agent,those two ports are opening and pass telnet testing.

Just wonder which exact ports need be opened except 9876&445 during agent installation?Appreciate for any answers.

From the AMS side still can not find host yet so i have to install client under remote host through RDP manually.After that seems AMS could add host under "Machines with agents".Cranky thing is backup task become stack under management console and connection status shows "Error" ...

Any advise for that?

I'd suggest checking the troubleshooting steps from the following articles:

Is it possible to connect to the Agent directly?  Under Machines with Agents select the machine and click on Connect.

Yes,from AMS i can connect to agent host directly.But cranky thing is the remote backup task for agent has been running over severals days while the process bar stay still 0%...i just try to click cancel button and seems not working any more.

Shall i collect information under agent by using systeminfo.exe according to article from KB?

Hello Ville,

I'd suggest the following action plan: 

remove the Agent from the AMS (connect to the Agent and select Stand-alone management in the Machine options, as described here), make sure the Agent is also not present under Machines with Agents in the console of AMS. Then please execute the scripts from the following articles:

Then re-add the Agent using IP-address and re-create the plan.
