True Image error
I recently installed Windows 10 and I keep getting a message that says Acronis True Image - Operation failed. Why am I getting this and how do I stop it?
Thanks, jnix

Sign in to your Acronis account and download a copy of the ATIH 2016 build 6571 installer to have ready for after you uninstall the software.
When you come to reinstall make sure you have your serial number for ATIH 2016 and if this was an upgrade from a previous version, you will need the serial number for that too.

I was able to repair it and now it seems to be working fine. Thanks. I have another problem now. I thought Acronis would automatically delete the oldest backups when the disc was getting full. It didn't and I had to maually delete enough files to have room for the new backup. Is there a way to have it done automatically?

Jnix, you need to correctly configure the Automatic Cleanup rules on your system in order to delete your old backup version chains.
If you have manually deleted your old archive image files then I would strongly recommend doing a Validation of your backup tasks in order to reconcile your backup status in the Acronis Database files.
For automatic cleanup, it works on the basis of complete version chains.
For example: if you configure to keep 2 version chains, where each version chain contains 1 Full backup and 6 Incremental backups, then automatic cleanup will not run until your 3rd version chain has been successfully started with a new full backup image. At that point, the oldest version chain will be deleted because you now have 2 versions chains stored, i.e. version 2 and 3.
