no longer access the cloud via Windows Explorer

I have Win10 64bit. ATI 2016 has build 6571st

For a short time (perhaps last update) I can no longer access the cloud via Windows Explorer.

Acronis archives is displayed there. Click I on it, it says: This folder is empty.
Here who the download via Windows Explorer much faster than via browser.
What can you do?

Andreas, if I understand your post correctly, you are not able to double click on Acronis .TIB files in Windows Explorer and explore the contents.

If so, then please see post: https://forum.acronis.com/forum/116874?page=1#comment-374611 and download the TibMounter.zip file posted there - open this and install the updated version of the TibMounter.exe program which will restore the ability to open your archives in Windows Explorer.

Unfortunately this is not my problem.

My name of ATI is "ATI 2016 Cloud".

By the mainprogram on Win10 i´ve a function " archives ". i can upload data to the ATI Cloud. After the upload, the data is only on cloud.

On the Cloud i´ve a archives more than 600 Gb data.

After the installation of "ATI 2016 Cloud" i´ve access via WindowsExporer to this (my) cloud. Until to the last update.

My access via WindowsExporer dont work anymore.

You understand my problem?

What can i do?

Andy, are you able to open the Online Cloud Dashboard from the Dashboard page in ATI 2016 Cloud?

This should open in your default web browser though may require you to enter your Acronis Account credentials.

The online Backup Management Console will also allow you to look at your Archives.

For the Explorer issue, I can only advise you to contact Acronis Support directly - your Cloud subscription entitles you to support and we have no access to the cloud servers etc from these user forums.
