BackUp doesn't start

Thread needs solution

Starting BackUp TI reports: Planning service starting

Then error appear: Planning service could't not change starttyp.

Code: 0x00900021+0x0000FFF0+0x80070424

In Windows Services Acronis BackUp Service and Acronis Sync Agent are started.

No Scheduler Service.

What to do???

Please see KB document: 44350: Acronis True Image 2015/2014: Processes and Services which shows a full list of all the Acronis Services and programs.  If you are missing any of these such as the Scheduler 2 service, then I would recommend trying to do a Repair install of the program.

Download a copy of the program installation file from your Acronis Account, then reinstall this over the top of your existing program - run the installer as Administrator and permit it to make changes if your security program challenges it.
