Uninstalled Acronis 2012 and now my computer won't boot up
Please help!
I was wanting to upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 64 bit. But the upgrade said I need to uninstall Acronis 2012. I tried to uninstall via the Control Panel but it couldn't find any uninstall files I think since it was just the trial version. I downloaded the True Image 2012 uninstaller and ran it and Windows wouldn't boot up. I was able to restore to the last good configuration and get back in to windows but Acronis was back. I set up a restore point and ran the Windows uninstaller utility to get rid of Acronis. It said it removed Acronis 2012. Once again it would not boot. But now it will not get back into Windows. The restore point will not work either. I can't get boot into safe mode either. I can get to the command prompt and I edited the registry to remove Acronis to see if that would help.
I am at a loss. Any help would really be appreciated. :(

Steve,
I tried the Easy Recovery essentials first and it said it discovered a problem with startup and fixed it. I then rebooted and it hung after recognizing the CD ROM drives. I moved on to trying the Windows 7 install disc, but now it said there isn't any Windows installations! :(
I think I am going to reinstall Win7 on a spare SATA disc and then try and recover the files from my old C: drive.
