Jacques, welcome to these user forums.

Unfortunately, ATIH 2013 is not supported for use with Windows 10 and Acronis cannot guarantee that it will work correctly when used in that OS environment.  Only ATIH 2015 or later are supported with Windows 10.

See KB document: 56196: Acronis Products: Windows 10 Support which states:

Older versions of Acronis products
Support of Windows 10 will not be implemented into older versions of Acronis products (e.g. Acronis True Image 2014 or older, Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 or older, Acronis Snap Deploy 4 or older), as Acronis development team works on the current versions only. Stable functioning of older products on Windows 10 is not guaranteed.

Hello Steve,

Thank you for that information. Acronis 2013 works correctly on W10 home, could you answer my question please start because I have the same problem with another PC with W7. Thank you

Jacques, I can only point you to look at the ATIH 2013 User Guide: Backup schemes and recommend that you check that you have chosen to use an Incremental backup scheme for your backup task.

I would also suggest looking at the Backup Task Log file information to see what messages are being given if the task still only creates full backups after confirming that it is configured to create Incrementals.  You are welcome to post the log file information to the forum if you need help reading the contents.

Note: Log files can be found in C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs folder - this may be hidden on some systems, in which case you will need to change the Windows Explorer View options to show hidden files & folders.
