Error searching networking

Thread needs solution

Hi to all,

I have installed acronis backup 12 on a windows server 2008 r2 (with all necessary liccenses) and I try to create a backup. When I search the nas on network this error occur:

Hi,

The error message indicates that the backup agent (with '8C1F6B4E-B1DC-4F1A-ABFF-BBE22DAA91E2' ID) which manages the selected device/resource (for which you are the creating backup plan) cannot be reached from Acronis Management Server. You should check Settings->Agents section in web console to see if there are any offline backup agents and try restarting Acronis services (Acronis Managed Machine service in particular) or checking network connectivity to them.
