Acronis Backup 12 Hotfix 1 question
So I see where there is a Hotfix available. Currently, I have the following when I click About in the managemment console:
- Webconsole service: v.12.0.2549
- Backup management server: v.12.0.3500
- Backup management console: v.12.0.6062
The Hotfix 1 is Build number 3596. When I log into my account, I do not see this build, but am only presented wtih the Web Installer Windows (AcronisBackup_12_web.exe) and the Full installer downloads.
My question then, is the file to be downloaded contain the Hotfix 1?

Hello,
after update when i check settings->agents i see that management node is version 12.0. 3596 and agent version on esx appliances are 12.0 3500 ... is this OK ? or do we need to update appliances somehow?

Regarding the docs you have to update the Agents manually by clicking Update for each Agent deployed (in Cloud deployment).

I know that however i don't have any exclamation marks next to the agens or update option ... thus i assume that agent version on esx appliance is not updated as part of this upgrade?

The best way to ensure the Appliance is up to date might be to redeploy and configure.
I am not using the Appliance ATM, the Agents for Windows/VMware will be Updated by the installation media.

I have 2 servers. Server A has the management console installed and Server B just has the agent installed. What steps are taken to update Server B?

DLFirm,
to update your second server (Server B, with Agent installed) just start the installation on Server B (same way as on Server A), setup will detect the currently installed Agent and performs an update.
