Trying to restore a PC from a back up and get this message
Hello does anyone know how to solve this? I want to restore a PC from a back up I have but I get this message
The back up is correctly stored on a external device ( NAS ) conected to the pc via wired network.
It seems as if Acronis True Image 2015 can not find the back up files , is there a way I can manualiy chose the location and back up file? instead of acrosnis true image 2015 trying to find the file without success?
Thank you

Jose, welcome to these user forums.
How are you trying to perform this restore operation?
The message: Unable to open information about copying full PC Security (PC-JOSE) _inc_b1_s6_v6.tib. It is possible that the backup is incomplete or damaged. (with options: Knowledgebase or Ignore).
This suggests that it is trying to reconcile the entire backup version chain, which in turn suggests you are attempting to start the restore from within Windows where Acronis will reference its Database for backup version history.
Your second screen shot shows that you have created backup versions 14, 13 and 12 but Acronis is asking about version 1 - does that version exist on your NAS drive?
Restore operations, especially for the OS partition, should be done using the Acronis bootable Rescue Media which doesn't use the Acronis Database and won't look for missing backup version files provided the backup version you select is complete.
See post: 117004: Great Acronis "How-To" videos and other Acronis Resources which has some good video tutorials to help understand the backup process.

Thank you for helping me Steve, I´m trying to do I from a restore PC button inside the Acronis Application ( Windows boots ok )
I deleted older versions to free space in the NAS as I saw some files where called full back up so thought that would be ok
Will watch te videos you mention when I have some time! I hope the Acronis bootable Rescue Media can find the files in the NAS drive

Jose, if you start a restore operation from inside Windows, then Acronis still will need to reboot in order to start that restore from a temporary Linux based environment, and will modify your OS bootloader to enable this to happen.
If you have deleted old backup versions from your NAS to make more free space, then I would recommend running a Validation in ATIH for the backup task that created those files, then take the Ignore option for all the missing files that this flags up to you.
You will need to test with the Acronis Rescue Media to check that you can see your NAS drive and backup files. If you have difficulty in doing this, then another option would be to copy the backup version files that you want to restore from, copy these to an external USB drive from within Windows, then do the restore from that USB drive instead. You will need copy the matching full_b14_ and all associated inc_b14_ files to make the version chain to the USB drive.

Thank you Steve ,
" running a Validation in ATIH for the backup task that created those files, then take the Ignore option for all the missing files that this flags up to you. " did the trick!
PC restored and running correctly thanks to your help!
