Error: "The backup has failed. Please close the application that may currently use the file..."
I have started receiving this error. I have removed and readded the backup. Remapped the network drive. Rebooted many times. No backup is working due to this error. Any ideas?

Shawn, thank you for the log file, this shows:
The backup has failed. Please close the application that may currently use the file: \\192.168.1.108\edmnas01\C Drive Backup\New_full_b1_s1_v1.tib
Access to the file or folder is denied.
These messages are repeated as the task retried over and over.
As the backup target is on a network resource there is the possibility that your credentials are incorrect or you do not have the correct permissions needed for the remote resource.

Thanks for the reply. Had the error message said "access to the file or folder is denied" that would have pointed me to a permissions problem. Close a application or file in use means something totally different to me but i guess I'm different.
In any case, thanks for your help.
