Acronis 2014 3 user Activation problem
First off I would like to say that this product has the worst support of any software product I've used.
I have a 3 user license for True Image 2014 Premium.
I installed on a new computer with a different name. When I try and activate it wants me to move the license to the new computer. I tried that many times and it just sits there. So i removed the computer from the domain and renamed the new computer with the old name. Now it knows the name of the old computer, but only gives me the option to move to the no longer used name computer. Either way the "Move license" just sits and does nothing. This is on Windows 7 Professional.
I am at the end of the line and need to make images for new computers.

Thanks for the response. The KB Document doesn't really cover the version I have. The screens are entirely different.
I saw no where to chat with support at all.

If you follow the link from the KB document near the bottom where it says:
If instructions above do not help and you are still experiencing issues with license activation/transfer, contact Acronis Customer Central with step-by-step screen shots of your actions.
Then in Step 1 select Presales/Licensing Questions and I need help calculating the number of licenses
Next, scroll down the page past Step 2 and you will see a section titled:
Looking for additional help? Try one of our other help options.
The second of these help options is Live Chat where you can click on the option to Chat Now.
