2017 Upgrade licensing question.
I currently have an OEM copy of ATIH 2015 it's rather limited. I'd like to know if this product qualifies for a upgrade licese to 2017, so I don't have to purchase a full license.
Cheers,
Adam

I'm not so sure - I think OEM licenses may not qualify for an upgrade as the upgraedes should be based off of an original "full" license. Best way to be sure is to contact Acronis technical support and ask them. If nothing else, perhaps you'd qualify for a discount (or be able to ask them if you could get one - never hurts to try).
Send them a quick chat to be sure: http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/contact-us.html

Rob, there was an upgrade path for OEM versions to ATIH 2016 as per KB: 1836: Upgrading from Acronis True Image OEM Versions to Acronis True Image 2016 but the definitive answer must come from Acronis Support as you advised.

Oops! My bad. I missed the OEM part. I've never heard of an OEM copy of Acronis 2015.

Thanks for the input everyone. I'll get in touch with support.
@Technogod: I have half dozen licenses from Crucial SSDs. They pack them in with each drive.

OEM verion ships with some SSD + HDD (I think ones from Western Digital). It may also ship with some systems and mainboards.

Lots of varieties of OEM versions out there.
See KB document: 2201: Support for OEM Versions of Acronis Products - WD and Seagate are common ones reported in the forums.

Ended up buying a full copy from Frys via Google Express. $28.58 after a coupon!
Have my inremential backup set with email notifications already. Feels good.
