Time for daily backup schedule cannot be changed or chosen

Sorry, English is not ma native language.

When creating backup plan for complete PC, I go to "option", then I choose "dayly" and then I should be able to choose the time for the backup. But its not possible. The time is alwayis the present computer time and I can only change the minutes, not the hours.

This occurs for alöl backup types, not only for "Complete PC"

What went wrong ?

Man muss auf die "Stunden" klicken und mit den Pfeil-Buttons die Zahl erhöhen, oder verkleinern. (Wenn ich die Frage richtig verstanden habe)
