acronis update 2017 validate problems
i have updated to 2017 from 2016 and i can not validate and also can not get on live chat support .....please help

i have updated to acronis2017 from 2016 i have been given the serial number by email when i purchased it but ican not get it activated , i have used the offline activation also where i use my laptop to get license but when i put license in ,still not activated ,,,, sorry if this is vague but i am new to this i used live chat on 2016 when i had this trouble and they sorted it but i cant get hold of live chat for some reason .....hope this helps

Paul, sorry but we cannot resolve license or activation issues here in these user forums, as we have no access to the Acronis systems used for these areas.
See below for the panel for getting Support and using the Chat Now feature.
The steps are as follows:
From any of the Forum pages, look to the top right corner and click on Support - this will take you to http://www.acronis.com/support/
Next, select the type of issue you want help with. I have selected Presales / Licensing Questions in Step 1, along with 'I need help calculating the number of licenses'.
You can then scroll down the page and click on the option to Chat Now
