Failed to Open

Thread needs solution

Hi.  When I try to run my backup to my Lenovo Nas on my network, I get this message:

Failed to open item  \\10.10.0.166\Backups

How can I fix this?  thank you.

Kay, please can you provide some more information about the circumstances when you are seeing this error, i.e. is that a backup that has run successfully previously, is it a new backup you are just configuring?

What build version for ATIH 2017 are you running?  Is this 5554?

And another is trying to help here too for the same issue.  Would be a lot better if resources were being used in one place or the same issue.
