Activation failure
2017 True Image will not successfully activate on this machine. Success on another machine. Firewalls are turned off. The process just goes in an endless loop of the activation steps being repeated. Trying to use Help Chat also was unsuccessful, another endless loop of tail chasing.
Issue will need to be resolved or the software will be removed and a refund demanded.

Brian, are you running ATIH 2017 as an Administrator level account?

OK, was this a totally new / clean install of ATIH 2017 or was it an upgrade from an earlier version (even if that earlier version had been uninstalled)?

Two machines had/have 2014 on them. Machine with issue is new and is part of the 3 machine UPGRADE from 2014 so all machines are on same version.

Brian, if the problem machine previously had ATIH 2014 installed, then I would recommend doing a clean install of your new ATIH 2017 by doing the following:
- Uninstall whatever you currently have for Acronis True Image (and Disk Director if installed) using the normal Control Panel, Programs & Features uninstall options.
- Download the Acronis Cleanup Tool from the link below in my signature, run this as administrator then reboot when it is done.
- Install the new ATIH 2017 full installer (download a fresh copy if needed from your Acronis account) run as administrator, and enter first the serial for 2017 then the serial for 2014 (as this is an upgrade license).
- Try the activation for 2017.
