Problem with backup recovery

Hello,

we are using "Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Workstation"

I create my Backup task and choosed an new applied archive. When this task have finished it advises me "successful".
But if i try to recover it and want to choose an archive we get the following error:

ERROR: Selected archive damaged or doesn't contain backups

Thank you for posting. I will do my best to assist you.

This error can indicate problems with the file system, however, we will need additional information to get this resolved.

Please let me know the backup location, what type of backup it is and you can either check your backup location for errors or send me this report so that I can take look at your partition structure myself. The same report will also provide me with software logs. I would also really appreciate a screenshot of your recovery window and another screenshot of the error message.

enclosed i have listed 4 screenshots which must discribe my problem
sorry but i can only send it in german, i hope you have no problems with this.
And i try to save the backup on a LTO 3 tape.

Thank you for replying and providing additional information.

This is a known issue in our software and it occurs because our software does not automatically re-index the archive to verify if it is valid or not. In a future build of our software this be done automatically. In the meantime, please click on the Refresh button to resolve this issue.

I can also suggest this article in case you need additional information. If you continue to experience problems after this, please collect this report from the machine where the issue occurs and contact our Support team so that we can resolve it.
