Aronis Agent 10 on Remote PC can not connect to License Server

I having problem to have my remote PC Acronis Agent 10 to connect to Acronis License Server

I just upgrade my ETI Workstation to ABR 10 Advance Workstation

I have follow the instruction on your KB to perform the upgrade and everything is went fine but i having problem for my remote PC Acronis Agent to connect to Acronis License Server to retrieve its License Key respectively

Attach are the screen shot i have from the management console and License Server

I hope someone can guide me on how to let my remote PC Acronis Agent to retrieve their license key respectively

Hi Irene,

we had got the same Problem. The solution in our case was to delete the old (in our case 9.1 WS) used licenses in the "Used License View" (the user with key button) that were upgraded over Echo Workstation to Backup & Recovery 10. The license server seems to reckognize, that you are using the old updated Echo Workstation license and blocked the Upgrade license.

Hi,

I've 2 issues.
1- I've scheduled My Acronis Server to backup nodes (Serves and Pcs) but, during the execution time the back up is not executed. the error log file is showing "Unable to access the license".
2- When I'm doing the backup manually, it is executing but the Warining error is generated ( file attched).
The Anti-virus used in my network is McAfee.
