Confusuion re upgrade from 2016 to 2017
Hava just purchased upgrade from True Image 2016 to 2017 and was given a download screen with 3 downloads: for Windows 492mb, for Mac 91mb, plus a 3rd unlabelled of 324mb. I downloaded the Windows version of 492mb, tried to run it but it immediately asked if I wanted to update and began downloading something. at the end of which I now have 2017 apparently successfully installed.
But what is the unlabelled update of 324mb for? Sorry if this is a dumb question!

Steve: thanks for replying - I have attached the download screen that resulted from my upgrade purchase. The bottom is the one that puzzles me because it had no indication of what it is. Anyway, TI 2017 seems to be working fine so all is well!

Mike, thanks for the screen shot, I can only make an educated guess that the last item is for the Acronis Universal Restore installer which is that same size of 324MB. If you have ATIH 2017 installed and working, then probably worth downloading the file purely to get it before the download link expires, but doubt you would need it unless you are considering needing to move a backup image to new hardware.

Mike, those download links are usually the ones from the purchase, but you should also be able to download any software products that are registered to your Acornis account (online login) at anytime (if perpetual licenses - always ... if you bought a subscription, then while the subscription is active). Login and check to see what's available from your online account as they should be there too.

You can also download any product installer directly from here (without needing to login).
Customer Support - Product Updates
Of course, any license or subscription information should be in your account and/or you can contact technical support directly if they are not for some reason. Better to get it sorted out with them sooner, rather than later, if they are not showing up in your account already.

Steve & Bobbo: thank you for your advice. The untitled download was indeed the Universal Recovery software, which I have downloaded.
TU2017 is working fine, and my account details were updated automatically during the installation.
