error msg "Failed to exclusively access a backup file during consolidation"

Hi There,

I am not sure why I keep getting this message. Any help would be appreciated. ALSO, i cannot attach the log file, which is an 9mb zip file. very frustrating.

ATIH 2015, build 6613.

Sean, without the log file and more information it is difficult to give you an accurate answer to why you are seeing this error message.

You should be able to attach a single log file to the forum rather than a zip of everything, assuming that the zip is perhaps an Acronis System Report?
