Hello Jury,
I tried what I propose without success.
I am disappointed that for Acronis Support multi answer they wanted me to pay for a subscription because support had expired a week.
Not ever again I will install True Image after 5 years (Acronis True Image 2010 !)
Thank you
Salvatore

Hello Caldarella,
I would recommend to uninstall the program using Acronis CleanUp Tool and if this does not help to restore an old image prior the activation of Acronis Startup Recovery Manager. If the issue persists I would recommend you to raise a support ticket. You will need to obtain Acronis Pay Per Incident Support license to contact support, but if the issue is on the side of the product we will refund the cost of the support fee.
Besides, Acronis True Image 2016 contains special feature for sharing feedback.
Thank you,

Thank you,
I think this is an important note that many are not aware of. I did not know Acronis would refund the support case if it was determined to be an application error and that's good to know. Might be good to make this information more available (perhaps it is somehwere on the site already, but I didn't find it if it is). A lot of people are leery to open a support case and pay for it when they believe the application is the issue and not their machine. I suppose it's still a bit of a gamble as to whether or not it will be determined to be an appliation or system error in the end though, but it's still nice to know that a refund would be issued if it is an application.

To the posters to this Thread,
Go to the following registry key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager]\BootExecute
Delete all references to Acronis in this key. DO NOT delete the autocheck autochk * entry.
Reboot your system and the problem will be gone!

The problem is not gone !
At least if I keep the autocheck autochk * entry.

Antonio,
So you are saying here that if you do deley the autocheck autochk * entry this fixes the problem?

I was wrong because I did not understand your post.
I tought I should keep the whole Key with the autocheck autochk * entry. This is why the problem was not solved,
Once I keep the Key but erased everything in it but autocheck autochk * the problem was solved.
Thanks for your help

This procedure did not work as I still get thew00100021:---message. As a matter of fact, my other computer has the exact SAME entry in the Registry Key. Any other advice/suggestion welcomed.
Thanks.
