How to transfer workstation to a new management server?

Hello,

New to the forum, and still learning about Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 in general.  Recently we had some bad winter weather in my area that took out power lines that caused havoc on my network.  I lost my original management server, and now have a new one up and going.  But none of my workstations are backing up anymore because they are still pointed to the old management server for licensing.  Is there a way for the new server to, I don't know...  Seize all the orphaned workstation so they can obtain a license and start backing up again?  Or am I going to have to go to every workstation, uninstall Acronis 11.7 and push the installs out from the new server?

Hello Dan,

Normally, you don't have to reinstall the workstations, just re-add them to the Management Server.

If they are added already, you can right-click on an agent and select "Change License" to reassign the license on the new License Server (although this should happen automatically if the new license server is running an accessible from each workstation).
