Only Acronis support can help with this issue. See http://kb.acronis.com/content/8153 for instructions to contact them.

Kevin, have you tried registering your serial number to your Acronis Account online - that would give you an idea of whether you have a valid serial or not.  As Thomas has already states, only Acronis can resolve this type of issue.
