Sorry but I wasn't able to find any hits on the specific PCI device driver that you are seeing reported in the message.

Have you tried just ignoring this message and continuing with the Universal Restore action?

I do not have any trouble when I ignore all of them, but I always get this error  and 

Also on ASUS motherboards, are always on the blue screen

Yasin, your ATIH 2013 is now getting very long in the tooth being 4 years old, which is very old in computer technology terms especially with the release of new hardware components in the years since it was released.

If you are using this product on modern systems, then I would recommend upgrading to the latest ATIH 2017 product to gain the latest support for new hardware / devices.
