Hi Matt,

Thank you for your posting! Please provide us with more details:

  • what data are being backed up;
  • type of vault used for the backup;
  • what operation exactly freezes, clean up or replication to the second location;
  • reboot the services and target location, does the issues reproduce after reboot?
  • build version;

Thank you!

I also have this problem :
"Replicating backups/cleaning up archives (1st location)" get stuck at 0%

The backupjob itself finishes ok.

Fileserver and files being backed up.
Centralized managed vault.
Replicating backups/cleaning up archives (1st location).
Have upgraded Acronis managementserver to 11.7 build 44411 and rebooted, still the same.

Rikard, It has been almost a year since I posted this and my memory is a little fuzzy as to how I corrected this but I wanted to respond since no one really responded back with anything useful. I think what I had done was killed all the running jobs, then went in to Administrative tools --> Services and stopped all Acronis Services then started them again. Can't remember if I just ran the back up all over again or just the replication/cleanup but it did correct the issue.

Hi,

I also have been suffered by similar problem for long time , and without any ideas.

I use Acronis Backup 11.5 Agent (build 11.5.43994) for Windows Server 2012 R2 to backup files to tape library (Dell PowerVault TL2000). Every time I try to backup, it freezed at "Replicating backups/clean up (1st Location) 0%".

Before this problem occued, I used "Acronis.Scheduler.8216.exe"(https://kb.acronis.com/content/1518) &
schedmgr.exe (https://kb.acronis.com/content/1859) to kill the hanged tasks. So I am not sure if the current problem is caused by these two exe.
