No "Recover" button available

Thread needs solution

I have version 6613.  In complete disk backup, there is no button "Recover" to click on to recover the disk.  I have a second scheme to backup files and when I am in that area, the "Recover" button shows.  Only the "Options" button displays when I am in the Full Disk Backup.  How do I recover? Windows 10, Lenovo Laptop.

I just recognized that I can not change the settings and save them in "Edit Settings" for this backup.  I changed the setting from "Save 2" to "Save 4" and clicked on "Save".  Then I changed from this backup selection to the File Backup and opened it to view the settings.  I did not change any, but closed this selection, returned to the Full Backup selection, opened the Options and selected Edit Settings.  The changes I had made and saved were not saved.  With no "Recover" button and with the program not saving changes in the settings for the backup, should I reinstall the program? Still using version 6613.  Thanks for any suggestions you can offer to slve this.

Jerry, if you do not see the Recover button for your backup tasks then it would normally suggest that the backup is not configured fully or correctly.

If you are concerned that the program itself is causing this problem, then I would suggest doing a Repair install which will be offered if you download the ATIH 2015 build 6613 installer from your Acronis Account, then run this to install again over the top of what is already there.

Thanks for your response.  I think it is the program.  It will not save changes in the  backup setup -- and there are the two  backups on the external drive, as the program is set up to keep, and the File Backup setup does show a recovery button.  I will try to find the ATIH build 6613 installer and use it.
