System does backup but next day it mentions that there is NO backup.Event code: 0x006400C8+0x0064023B+0x00900012+0x0009006F
since switching to the new ATI 2016 i am experiencing problems with it. It does perform a backup to my NAS but afterwards and files are indeed created correctly. Next time i start up PC it keeps complaining that the backup was not sucsesfull (Red Taskbar icon). Status screen ATI 2016 gives failed backup that than sometimes without any obvious reason changes in Status screen as sucsessfull backup....
Get Event code: 0x006400C8+0x0064023B+0x00900012+0x0009006F but there is nothing in the acronis knowledge database (http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/) that helps me troubleshoot these erors. Tried all I can think of to solve this error (incl new backup chain on same NAS. NEw backup event to different NAS, tweaking some of the numerous advanced settings) but to no avail
Using ATI 2016 latest version with Windows 10 64 bit on core i7-4790K 8Gb personal PC

Joseph, there was no response to the original post from October 2015 so impossible to say why this error is being given.
I would recommend downloading the MVP Log Viewer and checking to see what the backup task log says for this problem, including the messages for the backup you believe to have been successful? Link in my signature.
The Event Codes are not much help to anyone by themselves unless Acronis development can interpret them?
Does this issue impact all of your backup tasks, or is it just one task that has the issue? If it is only one task, then I would recommend creating a new backup task, new name to a new backup folder in case the issue is in the task itself.
