Thread needs solution

I have completed an initial full cloud back up.  What is the best way/method/schedule to set up regular backups so it does not slow my computer down daily?

The initial backup is the longest / slowest.  From this point forward, it should only backup delta changes (changes that differ on the machine from the last backup) which should go a lot faster moving forward since it shouldn't be as much data to backup each time it's run again.  You can set a schedule to backup when your system is not typcially being used or when it will have less impact to you.  Go into the task and click on the schedule tab - screenshot attached for refernce

I would highly encourage you to also do a local backup to an external hard drive or somethign along those lines.  Cloud backups are great for offsite/disaster recovery (like if your house burns down or your computer and everything attached it takes a dump from an electrical issue).  Local backups are immensely faster for backup and recovery which is advantage #1.  However, only having one backup is risky.  Even backups can have issues - let's say your ISP is down and you need to get to criical backup files, or maybe it somehow gets corrupted.  You want to have at least 2 backups, stored in 2 locations... 1 local and 1 cloud would be good.
