batch file to consolidate/merge full backup with incremental backup.

Thread needs solution

Hi, I just wanted to know if there is a way to make a full backup using Acronis True Image Echo Workstation and then use a script to make an incremental backup. I want to be able to remotely manage full backups and I don't want to have a bunch of small incremental files. I also don't want to do anymore full backups. Therefore I want to see if there a way to automate the process and consolidate the incremental and fullback up together daily. I want to have a script/batch file that will allow me to have a full backup and make an incremental backup. Then with those 2 files merge/consolidate those 2 files into one again.

Chanthy,

Echo does allow command line interaction, so you should be able to make a CMD file.

I don't have Echo installed at the moment, but have you thought of posting this in the Echo forum?

Yes I made same post here and there. But I have not gotten an answer. I even used acronis live support, but they said they can't help me. I'm hoping the community would have a solution to the task I'm trying to complete.
