how to resize a tib file after image created
Hi all, I got a question of how to resize a tib file afer image created by using TI 2016?
I use TI 2016 bootable media to capture an image on a ntfs usb drive and end up in 15GB, I want to move it back to a fat32 usb stick but I can't because of the limation, is that possible that I can resize that 15GB tib file into 8x 2GB files?
Thanks

You can directly back up to the USB flash drive on it. There is no need to use the move method.

Thanks, but I think i am little misdirect at the beginning. I got a image file that i make on a ntfs drive that is a single 15GB file, that is a problem to move it to a fat32 usb drive. Unlike ghost that i can recompile and seperate the file by file size.
Can acronis TI do that too, and recompile the file by size?

Do not need to re-compile the file, it will automatically break down the backup file into a number of less than 4GB v1.tib to vn.tib file.

Just to clarify, if you select the store your backup image on a FAT32 USB drive when it is created, then Acronis will automatically divide this into the correct maximum size segments for that file system.
If you create the backup image file on a NTFS USB drive then it will be created as a single file of the larger size unless you change the settings to use smaller sizes in the Advanced options pages. There is no option to split the .TIB file after it has been created - this has to be done during the creation process.
