Error backing up

Thread needs solution

I just signed up for the trail. The moment I click on backup. I get this error:

RestAPI call POST to 'http://127.0.0.1:30443/v1/entitlements/features_query' failed (addresses: '127.0.0.1').

Connection failed error

Error code 0x0298000A+0x0294005C

There are no logs.

Your help is greatly appreciated. 1st time using Acronis products.

Thank You!

There is a log viewer from MVP ftrpilot in my post below that may help. It's a very nice tool.

youre error is referencing an internal loop back address 127.0.0.1 which suggest you're trying to backup a mapped drive on the local machine or a bad remote address? Could you shed more light on what you've selected to backup and where you've configured the destination to point to? Screenshots could be very useful.

Chok Br, welcome to these User Forums.

Sorry but the same answer as given by Bobbo above, please download the MVP Log Viewer tool which can be found via the Community Tools link in my signature below and use this to find more information for the error message you are seeing.

Chok Br, what Acronis backup product and version are you using here?  I do not recognise the message format from any of the current Acronis True Image logs.

newest build Backup 12.5.

Additional i want to know if it is possible to install the Management Konsole on 2 Maschines?

Reason: 1x On virtuell Server to run backups an let Admin see thats going on, and the second

Machine is a Win10 client to be able to restore if complete VMWare-enviroment is down

Sorry but these forums are for help with Acronis True Image, not Acronis Backup products.

Please open a New Topic in the appropriate Acronis Business Products Discussion Forum such as the Acronis Backup 12.5 forum.
