After disk cloning is my disk smaller

Hello,

I have a Dell Laptop with some errors on the harddisk.

So I used Acronis True Image 11 and also the version 2009 to clone the 80GB disk to a 320 GB disk.

I got some error messages that some sector have errors, so I pressd ignore, and the copie finished succsessfull.

After the copie I checked shortly the harddisk size on a other pc and it was still 320GB.
After put the harddisk in to the laptop and start XP, I just go blue screen and after this my new harddisk was just 80GB! Same as the old one!

I took the harddisk out of the laptop and checked again in an ohter pc and it's still 80GB!

how can this be possible? And how can I change the size back to 320GB?
Even the acronis diskdirector see just 80GB!!!!
