Hi Stefano,

In case you have Acronis Management Server (AMS) installed on Linux you'll need to deploy the Agent for VMware (Virtual Appliance) from .ovf template which is located under /var/lib/Acronis/ESXAppliance folder on the AMS machine. After deployment of this .ovf template you should open the deployed appliance console in vSphere client and configure connection to AMS from the GUI - there will be corresponding option.

Thank you.

Hi Stefano,

Sorry for a bit misleading - the proper folder is /usr/lib/Acronis/ESXAppliance . The /var/lib/Acronis contains logs and configuration files. Please check.

Thank you.
