Hello,

I am using the latest build of ASD3 3329. I'm experiencing the following errors (see attached) when trying to deploy an image, over the network, to a machine that is joined to my domain.

PXE server is not installed.

Please let me know if you need any more info to help!

Unfortunately it's hard to say what exactly is wrong, so this situation requires investigation. Please gather the following information: 

  1. OS Deploy Server logs
  2. Wireshark
  3. Acronis Info from the machine with OS Deploy Server and Management Console

Thanks for the response. I have taken the issue up with Support and am waiting for them to view my info and get back to me.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience, I really appreciate it! This issue is very important for us, and be sure that our utmost concern now is to resolve the issue that you experience to your complete satisfaction.

I have checked the case's state and can see that it was already escalated to the Experts team. Currently it has "Open" status - that means that it's being worked on, and Experts are busy with reproducing the problem.
