C:\Users\All Users folder not being backed up
Backup job configured to backup C:\Users and some other folders. The backup job completes but when you example what was backed up, the "C:\Users\All Users" folder is present but empty whereas all the other folders in C:\Users (such as Administrator, Default, my own account folder) are present with all their contents.
Any ideas?

System: TI 2010 Home on Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
It'a a soft link to c:\ProgramData, not an actual folder.
Ahh thanks - understand. I assume this means TI 2010 doesn't understand links?

Is it file backup (may not understand links in this case) or image backup (should understand)?
If the target folder of the link is in 'what to backup' selection?
Yes, it's a file backup. I'll try with the ProgramData folders instead.
