Acronis 12.5 Update?
So as I read the forums (as much as i can in english), I see that I am not the only one having tons of issues with the new product.
From false negatives notifications, to backups not running on schedule for multiple reasons, to random errors stating false facts. And god I hope this isnt an issue but restoring data or machines on bare metal.
Your software is NOT cheap, I expect customer service and tech support to help with issues. Or at least some kind of understanding on your end. Let us know you know about the issues and fixes are being made. Give us a time line. I have customers I have to answer to. I have been using Acronis since version 10 and I do not want to switch or retrain my guys to use something else.
When do you plan on fixing/patching some or most of these errors all of us are having? A time table would be appreciated.
Also having tech support answer my tickets instead of hiding would be nice so I dont have to post on the forums.
