ATI2017 creates massive logs

Thread needs solution

Just have a look to the screen captures below, why arent they automatically deleted after a choosen period, they are at multiple locations and so hard to find in several folders , it'ss just insane more thant 3GB !

for the last image "right click"/"open in a new tab" because acronis uploading has compressed too much the picture to be readable here

This issue needs to be reported directly to Acronis Support by opening a Support Case with them as the logs shown are mainly related to the Acronis Active Protection component of the New Generation Premium product version.

You can download / use the MVP Log Viewer tool  to take a look at the contents of some of these log files to see if there is any specific reason why the logs are growing so large, or alternatively, use the Log Cleanup function of the tool to remove logs over a specified age, i.e. older than 30 days.

Hi, thanks for your advices, i had to delete the huge ones because they were making the mvptool crashes, i opened already a ticket about sync because one of the two folders sync to the cloud, is unreachable now, "metadata missing"(something like that) cheers
